This morning we will enjoy a Madrid city tour. The tour starts at the modern part of Madrid: Castellana Boulevard where we discover the skyscrapers and the famous Bernabeu stadium. Then on to Las Ventas Bullring Gran Via, Plaza de Espana and monument to Cervantes and Plaza del Descubrimento with the monument of Cristobal Colon The XVIII century area around the Prado Boulevard decorated with beautiful fountains.

This afternoon we visit the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia. The glass opening in the otherwise historic façade hints at the surprising gems within, including masterpieces focusing on feminism, dreams, the Spanish civil war, and most notably, Picasso’s “Guernica.” Rotating exhibitions span the globe and touch upon thought-provoking, conversation-starting topics. This is one of the world’s largest museums dedicated to modern art, quite an impressive feat for a museum that opened in 1992. You’ll find works from Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, and other bold-faced names.

We head off this morning for a tour of Avila. Avila is known for its Romanesque and Gothic churches. It’s famous for prominent medieval walls, which were built in the eleventh century and surround the town. You will see a large number of Romanesque style churches, gothic palaces, a fortified cathedral of the XII century, and the San Vicente Church and Cathedral. St Teresa de Jesus, was born in this city which conserves the most ancient and complete fortified complex in Spain (XI century). Entrance included to San Vicente Basilica & Cathedral.

This after we will explore Segovia. The Roman Empire left in Segovia is one of the finest monuments within the Iberian Peninsula: the Aqueduct, it has 118 Arches and is 16 kilometers long, out of which there are only 728 meters visible. Also amongst its monuments the Cathedral of late gothic style also called “The lady of Cathedrals” due to its elegance and luminosity. The tour also includes a visit to the Alcazar, a beautiful and world famous castle located over a magnificent rock. Free time once back at hotel and dinner on their own. Entrance included to the Cathedral and the Alcazar.

After breakfast we depart for a tour of Toledo. The beautiful imperial city-museum of Toledo. It is one of the oldest towns in Europe, called ‘city of the three cultures’, since Christians, Muslims and Jews lived together. Its genuine Spanish buildings include almost all the periods in the history (Arab, Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance and Baroque style). Also, the great painter El Greco lived here in the XVI century.

The tour includes 7 monuments, San Juan de los Reyes, Cloister and Church. The Church of the Jesuits ( and its incredible tower view). Church of Santo Tomé (Includes the” Burial of the Lord of Orgaz”, by El Greco). Santa María la Blanca (Old Synagogue in the Jewish quarter of Toledo) Ancient Mosque ” Christ of Light”. We will then visit the Cathedral of Toledo.

This route lets you travel through inland Spain along the Duero river and discover everything about one of Spain’s most famous wine-growing designations of origin. Enjoy the cuisine, the natural spots and the cultural heritage in the area to make this an unforgettable trip.

We will visit 3 wineries along the route with wine tastings and lunch. The wines produced in the Ribera del Duero DO are almost entirely made from red grapes. Tinto Fino (the local name for Tempranillo), the main red varietal in the northern half of the Spanish peninsula, accounts for the vast majority of demand. Tinto Fino is often, but not always, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Merlot, while the popular Tinto Pesquera is made entirely of Tempranillo.

After breakfast we will depart for Cordoba. Once in Cordoba transfer by coach to the hotel and check in. Later, meet your guide at hotel, and set off on your tour around town. First stop is the magnificent Mezquita, a cathedral converted from an original mosque when the Christians conquered Cordoba in the 13th century. Modifications took place more than two centuries later, so the building’s original Gothic style is combined with Baroque and Renaissance elements. See the Cardinal’s Chapel and its treasure – the monstrance of Enrique de Arfe – as well as an ivory crucifix of Alonso Cano plus countless sculptures and paintings.

Continue to Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, a site also called the Palace of the Christian Kings, built in the 14th century by Alfonso XI. As you wander through the Jewish Quarter, dating to the time of the Romans, look out for important monuments dedicated to the most important sons of Cordoba: Roman philosopher Seneca, Arabian philosopher Averroes and Jewish philosopher Maimonides. Here you can also see Cordoba’s Bullfighting Museum and one of the few synagogues existing today in Spain, Cordoba Synagogue. Then continue to El Zoco, a market where traditional artisans paint and flamenco dancers practice.

Enjoy a unique breakfast experience. Learn about Cordoba’s gastronomic treasures as you visit traditional markets and shops to learn about local trades and of course all about Olive Oil. Taste 7 different olive oils (different varieties, and different Denomination of Origen, afterwards enjoy a Desayuno Andaluz (Andalucian breakfast), that consists mainly of a piece of bread, the typical Andalusian mollete, which is accompanied by olive oil, tomato pulp and salt. It is accompanied by milk or coffee, serrano ham and other local smoked or deli meats.

Then we will travel from Cordoba to Seville. Enjoy your lunch at leisure when we arrive in Seville.
After lunch we will have a tour of Seville. Discover the architecture of Seville in 1929, when the Iberoamerican Exhibition took place in the capital of Andalucia. You’ll travel by coach to the Plaza de America and the Pabellon Mudejar by the Maria Luisa Gardens. Continuing to the city center, you’ll pay a visit to the Alcazar Royal Palace, a fantastic example of the Moorish style with gorgeous tile mosaics, shady courtyards and Moorish and Renaissance gardens.
Tonight we enjoy a wonderful dinner of a Tapas menu with wine pairing and panoramic views of Gualdalquivir River.

Among all the things to do in Andalucia, it is a must to do a road trip on the White villages Route. The most famous road of Andalucia will take you to the most beautiful villages and countryside spots. Most of the White Villages, or “Pueblos Blancos”, are located uphill. In the past, that was the best protection against a potential enemy attack. If all the houses are white, it’s for a good reason: it helps to keep their inside relatively cool during the hot Andalusian summers. These villages are very charming with their narrow streets and balconies covered with flowers.

After lunch on our own we will make our way to Granada. The city of Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, at the convergence of three rivers, Beiro, Darro and Genil, at 738 metres above sea level yet only one hour from the Mediterranean coast, the Costa Tropical. You will discover that there are plenty of things to do in this enriching, cultural city which is home to The Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace. The Alhambra is one of the most celebrated landmarks of the Islamic historical legacy and is one of the most enchanting, fascinating places to visit. Granada is also renowned within Spain for its prestigious University of Granada and, these days, vibrant night-life.
This evening we will enjoy a flamenco show with tapas dinner at Gypsy Cave.

On our way to Valencia we will stop in Murcia where you will have some free time. The city of Murcia was founded by the Arabs during the 1st century. Since then, it has been a crossroads for different civilizations and core of the Mediterranean as it occupies an important location on the Rio Segura. The impressive Basilica (Cathedral), which sits opposite the modern Tourist Office, makes a great starting point right in the heart of the city.

From here, explore the colorful, lively, little plazas that nestle in between the narrow streets. Murcia has an overwhelming array of museums, art galleries and centres and beautiful historic buildings, so if it is culture that you crave you will certainly enjoy your time here.
This evening will be a Paella Cooking Demonstration and dinner. The best place to learn how to prepare a Paella is the city where this delicious dish originates from, namely Valencia. During this paella cooking class, you will learn how to prepare traditional paella Valenciana.

Before we depart Valencia we will have a panoramic walking tour of the city, main sights include: the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias), the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Silk Exchange (La Lonja) and the Congress Palace (Palacio de Congresos). Entrance included to the Silk Exchange.

This afternoon we will continue to Barcelona and check into our hotel. Enjoy a free evening in Barcelona. This very attractive city is full of outdoor markets, restaurants, shops, museums and churches and is excellent for walking around. After breakfast, sightseeing of Barcelona, with a visit to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Travel up to the summit of Montjuic Hill for panoramic views of the city and its bustling harbor. Admire sights of Palau Sant Jordi and Calatrava Tower, and then visit the Spanish Village to see typical architecture and traditional crafts from different regions of Spain.

Finish your morning with a cable car ride up to Montjuic Castle for more views of Barcelona’s stunning skyline, and then travel back down the hill by coach to central Barcelona.
This afternoon we will embark on a Boqueria Market tour followed by a cooking class and dinner.

After breakfast, embark on a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter. Gothic is an ideal neighborhood to get lost, its narrow, labyrinthine streets will lead you to discover some of the most beautiful corners of the city.

Rambling from the Cathedral, the Church of Santa Maria del Mar or the old Jewish quarter, this route will allow you to experience the classic ancient buildings mixed with modern architecture.
This afternoon we will learn how to make the iconic Sangria. Sangria is the most famous Spanish cocktail, it is a delicious and refreshing wine cocktail.
