The arrival shuttle on June 12 will be available at 12:30 PM and the departure transfer on June 19 will be scheduled for 9 AM, arriving at the international airport at 11 AM
IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: Please, when you collect your luggage write a whatsapp message at +39 3293068797 (reception mobile phone-WHATSAPP ONLY). The driver will wait for you at DOOR 3 at TERMINAL 3 holding a paper reading Women's Travel Club.
The Women’s Travel Club recommends booking flexible/refundable air tickets when possible. Please do not book flights until your tour status is guaranteed. Once your flights are booked please enter your flight information on the pre-travel form above.

Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the date you expect to leave the Schengen area and have 2 blank pages.
Vaccinations
While no specific vaccinations are required, we recommend that your routine vaccinations are up to date and that you visit a local travel health clinic or doctor for advice prior to the trip.
The Women's Travel Club recommends travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID. Some countries will require COVID vaccination to enter, it is the traveler's resposibility to insure they meet all requirements.

Italy uses the Euro (€/EUR) as its currency. Coins come in denominations of 2€, 1€ and 50, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 cents Notes or bills are differentiated by their size and colour and come in denominations of 500, 200, 100, 50, 20, 10 and 5 euros.
ATMs are available in widely available in larger cities and most small towns. Look for the 'Bancomat' sign. In the smaller and more remote villages you may not find ATMs. Be aware that most Italian bancomats will only allow you to withdraw a maximum of €250 per day.
The most popular credit card by far in Italy is Visa, with Mastercard a close second.
In Italy there are three associated plug types, types C, F and L. Type C plugs have two round pins, type F plugs have two round pins with two earth clips on the side and type L plugs have three round pins. Italy operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
