Day 1 – Welcome to Ireland!
A hundred thousand welcomes to the Emerald Isle! Upon your arrival at Dublin Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your friendly driver/guide. We’ll embark on a picturesque journey to the Castleknock Hotel, an acclaimed 4-star establishment situated at the very doorstep of Dublin City, near the beautiful Phoenix Park. Once we’ve had a relaxing afternoon, we’ll reconvene for a delightful welcome drink and a group dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 – Carlingford – Belfast
We venture northward to the historical Viking settlement town of Carlingford. Following some leisure time in the town center, we’ll board a ferry to cross into Northern Ireland, passing through the awe-inspiring Mountains of Mourne. On the way we will visit the Listoe Gin Distillery.

Day 3 – Belfast – Titanic Experience
In the morning, our first stop will be the renowned Harland and Wolff Shipyard, followed by a visit to the Titanic Experience—an esteemed European attraction where you can enjoy a self-guided tour. Following this enriching experience, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Belfast, encompassing both the Protestant Shankill and Catholic Falls Roads, to gain insights into the city’s history and culture.

Day 4 – Giant’s Causeway

This morning is leisurely, so we can enjoy the hotel and its surroundings. We then travel into the wilds of Connemara and stop in the picture postcard village of Cong, location of the famous John Wayne movie – The Quiet Man.

Day 7 – Connemara Rail Journey

Day 8 – Cliffs of Moher
Today calls for an early start as we set our sights on the charming destination of Killarney in the south. Our journey continues to the awe-inspiring Cliffs of Moher, a majestic sight where we’ll have ample time to explore the visitor center and take in the breathtaking views across the vast Atlantic Ocean and the enchanting Aran Islands.

Day 9 – Ring of Kerry
Following a hearty breakfast, we’ll be greeted by friendly local jarveys, who will accompany us on an enchanting jaunting car ride through the picturesque town and the stunning landscapes of Killarney National Park. Prepare for a delightful and leisurely exploration of this natural gem.

Day 10 – Blarney Castle
Our initial destination today is the charming village of Blarney, offering a delightful shopping experience for handcrafted souvenirs. For the adventurous souls, there’s an option to climb the 127 steps of Blarney Castle, where you’ll have the chance to kiss the legendary “stone of eloquence”.

Day 11 – Explore Dublin
Today presents you with a wonderful opportunity to explore the city at your own pace using your Dublin Bus Hop On/Off Tickets. There are plenty of recommended visits to consider, such as the iconic Guinness Storehouse, the fascinating EPIC Museum, the historic Kilmainham Gaol, and the prestigious Trinity College.

Following a delightful last breakfast together, the moment has arrived to bid farewell to our wonderful new friends and this enchanting country. A group transfer will be arranged to ensure you reach Dublin Airport in time for your flight back home. Roommate Matching Policy
Roommate matching is done as a courtesy and while most matches result in wonderful friendships, success is not guaranteed. If during the tour you decide you would no longer like to share a room with your roommate you will need to request (and pay for) a single room at all accommodations. Through our own clients and networking clubs we have realized a general desire for women to travel but they don’t always have a companion. We developed the Women’s Travel Club for these women to have a fun and safe group to travel with. We offer a wide range of destinations, so that there is something for everyone.
We have women of all ages, with the average being 45 to 65 years. However, we do have regular travelers anywhere from 30 years to over 80 years of age.
We do not include international flights in the price of our tours. Not including the cost of international flights in the cost of the tour allows members the flexibility to get the flight schedule, price and class of service that best suits them. The Women's Travel Club flight desk will be happy to help arrange your international flights.
