Day 1 - Welcome to New York City
Welcome to New York City at this most magical time of year. Arrive at your leisure and relax at the hotel, or start to get to know the city.
This evening, we meet for a brief welcome meeting and then enjoy a wonderful dinner together to get better acquainted.
After dinner, we will enjoy a Christmas Lights Walking Tour. We’ll see the magnificent Radio City Music Hall, a part of Rockefeller Center, and, of course, the legendary Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. The Rock Center Christmas Tree is a live tree that must be a minimum of 65 feet tall, and it is always donated by landowners, usually from within a 250-mile range of NYC. The tree is covered with over 40, 000 LED lights and topped with a 9.5-foot Swarovski crystal star!

Day 2 - Central Park
We will gaze at the bronze panther crouched in a tree, which has scared many a jogger, and loop back to Strawberry Fields, the memorial to John Lennon, designated as a quiet zone in the park. We will end our walking tour at the start of our Holiday Markets Tour, Columbus Circle.
NYC’s Holiday Fairs and Holiday Markets are a Shopper’s Paradise! From November through the end of December, you’ll find the best that New York City has to offer: unique gift items including jewelry, clothing, home goods, arts, crafts, antiques, electronics, and so much more. Holiday markets and fairs include the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park, Union Square, Columbus Circle, and the Grand Central Holiday Fair.
This evening, we have free time to enjoy a Broadway show.

Day 3 - Full Day Tour
Experience the magic of New York City during the festive Christmas season with an unforgettable full-day tour that includes visits to iconic landmarks and attractions, all while soaking in the holiday spirit.

Day 4 - Rockette's Christmas Spectacular
After breakfast, we will head to the Radio City Music Hall for a guided backstage tour. We will go behind the scenes and explore the history and beauty of Radio City Music Hall. Discover art deco masterpieces, including the palatial 60-foot-high Grand Foyer and Radio City’s secret apartment, The Roxy Suite. Get exclusive views of the majestic auditorium and learn the history of the iconic Great Stage.

It is time to say good-bye to this beautiful destination and the amazing friends you have made along the way. Transfer to the airport as needed.

Women’s Travel Club tours are hosted tours. Your tour host is in addition to local tour guides. Your Women’s Travel Club tour host is your tour concierge and there to make sure every part of the tour runs smoothly. Our trained hosts are seasoned travelers who are with you every step of your tour so that you only have to worry about enjoying yourself and having fun.

Roommate Matching Policy
Roommate matching is done as a courtesy, and while most matches result in wonderful friendships, success is not guaranteed. If during the tour you decide you would no longer like to share a room with your roommate, you will need to request (and pay for) a single room at all accommodations. This can be shared between the two people in the room if it is a mutual decision. If you are a very light sleeper or snore, you may want to consider getting your own single room.

Through our own clients and networking clubs we have realized a general desire for women to travel but they don’t always have a companion. We developed the Women’s Travel Club for these women to have a fun and safe group to travel with. We offer a wide range of destinations, so that there is something for everyone.
We have women of all ages, with the average being 45 to 65 years. However, we do have regular travelers anywhere from 30 years to over 80 years of age.
We do not include flights in the price of our tours. Not including the cost of flights in the cost of the tour allows members the flexibility to get the flight schedule, price and class of service that best suits them. The Women's Travel Club flight desk will be happy to help arrange your international flights.
Yes, we always negotiate the best possible single supplement rate for our trips. Single spots fill quickly and may be limited so we suggest you book early for a single spot.
Yes, each of our booking forms has an area for you to request to be matched with a roommate. We get some general information that will help us match you with a great new friend.

The weather will be cooler. As the month progresses, the afternoon temperatures fall into the upper 30's f (3-4 C) while early morning lows dip into the upper 20's f (-2 to -3 C). On a few of the colder nights and mornings, the temperature will dip down into the mid-teens (-9 to -10 C).
