Day 1 - Welcome to Buenos Aires

Arrive to Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel.

After we will meet for a welcome dinner at Café de los Angelitos, a living witness of more than one hundred years of Buenos Aires history. The most outstanding personalities of the political and artistic environment of the 20th century paraded through its door, and many of the pages that made Buenos Aires a city that breathes tango in every corner were written on its tables. Café de los Angelitosoffers a first class international tango show, composed of 21 artists, seven dance couples, two singers and a Quintet.

Dinner starts at 8.00pm, show starts at 10.15pm and ends around midnight.

Day 2 - Buenos Aires Half Day City Tour

After breakfast take a tour of Buenos Aires starting with a visit to Plaza de Mayo and see the famous Casa Rosada, the executive office of the President of Argentina. Then, visit the Metropolitan Cathedral to admire the main Catholic church of Buenos Aires overlooking Plaza de Mayo. Head to the beautifully-preserved neighborhood of San Telmo, before going to the port district of La Boca to see where the first Italian immigrants settled. Admire the colorful buildings on the street museum of the ‘Caminito.’ Next, visit the exclusive area of La Recoleta (time permitting) and go to the cemetery where some of the most wealthy and historic Argentineans are buried. Benefit from some free time to make stops or enjoy lunch throughout the day. Whether you want to see a little of everything or spend more time at a few locations, your guide will organize a tour to ensure you get what you want. At the end, they will take you back to your accommodation or any other location in the city, depending on your own requirements.

Day 3 - Transfer to Iguazu Falls

Transfer from hotel to airport for your flight to the Pristine Iguazu Luxury Camp and check into hotel.

Day 4 & 5 - Iguazu Falls

Today we will visit the Iguazú Falls, this magnificent waterfall marks the confluence of the Iguazu River in Argentina and the Parana River in Brazil, and the meeting of the two countries is marked by stone pillars rising from the water. It is said that the former first lady of America, Eleanor Roosevelt, exclaimed her ‘pity’ for her country’s Niagara Falls when she first encountered the beauty of Iguazu Falls. Roughly half the combined volume of both rivers thunders into the Devil’s Throat, a U-shaped cataract that delivers a torrential deluge of water into the wide basin below. Visitors can look forward to ample opportunities for excellent jet boat safaris, kayaking, hiking, biking, and more. Make sure to visit the extraordinary Iguassu Bird Park to see toucans and other brightly coloured exotic birds in their natural habitat.

Day 6 - Legado Mitico Salta

Check out of your hotel and transfer to airport to fly to Legado Mitico Salta.

We leave for the heart of the city of Salta, and begin our tour by descending in our vehicle through Cerro San Bernardo, with spectacular views of the city. Then we continue to the oldest parts of the city, the Plaza 9 de Julio and its surroundings, with the Basilica Cathedral and the Cabildo, the San Francisco Church and the San Bernardo Convent, which has a door that was carved by indigenous artists in 1762. The Historic Center preserves a large part of the Architectural Heritage. We will also visit the High Mountain Archeology Museum (MAAM), which houses the history of the Llullaillaco expedition to an Inca sanctuary in the mountains. We return to the Hotel.

Day 7 - Purmamarca

Today we will depart from your hotel after breakfast, we will have a short 20 minutes’ drive into the neighboring town of Tilcara, where we will visit an incredible archaeological site known as Pukara de Tilcara: this is one of the 22 archaeological sites and the only one prepared for tourism since early 1940s. This is a city that dates from before the Incas arrived to the canyon between 1450 and 1470. They also witnessed the Spanish conquering through early 1500s. Today, Pukara de Tilcara is a place to learn about the ancient history of this area of the Andes and enjoy views of Cacti forest and birds.

After, we will visit the town of Uquia, after which we will pass by the town of Humahuaca and into our next destination: Hornocal. The Serranias de Hornocal are a range of mountains located 25 kilometers (16 mi) from the city of Humahuaca in the Argentine province of Jujuy. Exposed in the range is the limestone formation called Yacoraite that extends from Salta, Argentina, through the Argentine Quebrada de Humahuaca and then through the Bolivian Altiplano to Peru. The mountains  reach an altitude of 4,761 meters (15,620 ft) above sea level. After enjoying the views of this surrealistic landscape, we will return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 8 - Salinas Grandes

Visit to Pristine Camps’ exclusive Piletones del Salar (Salt Pools) to learn about the salt extraction process. Interpretation of the constellations at night.

Day 9 - Salinas

Day Excursion to Barrancas. It is an archaeological interpretation experience where you visit the Municipal Reserve, the “Piedra Mapa” circuit and the new Archeology Interpretation Center of the town of Barrancas. Includes gourmet lunch in the bed of the Barrancas River. The tour is done aboard a vehicle or combined with trekking (optional)

Day 10 - Salta

Check out of your hotel and transfer to Salinas Grandes- Salta.

Day 11 - Food Tour Palermo

We will visit 4 amazing restaurants. We will enjoy more than 10 dishes and drinks that show the best of Argentine cuisine, including a wine tasting. We will walk through impressive streets, you will learn about the history of the neighborhood, street art and the deep-rooted culture of Palermo.
