We need some important information prior to your trip. This information will include your flight details which we need for your transfer. Please fill in this information as soon as possible.

Arrival Details

Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) - at any time on or before first day of tour. Transfer to Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel. 

Departure Details

Depart from Siem Reap - Siem Reap International Airport (REP) - at any time on last day of tour. Depart from Royal Angkor Resort & Spa.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are included with your tour.  You will be met at the airport.  After you exit the secure area look for someone with a sign with either your name or the Women's Travel Club.  

Flight Information

The Women’s Travel Club recommends booking flexible/refundable air tickets when possible. Please do not book flights until your tour status is guaranteed. Once your flights are booked please enter your flight information on the pre-travel form above.

Our Flight management fee is CAD 100.00 + HST, per tour.

Entry Requirements

Visa
Yes, you will need a visa to travel to Cambodia. Tourists can purchase a visa upon arrival at both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap International Airports OR can apply for an eVisa prior to travel at: https://www.evisa.gov.kh


Passport
You should always make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months past the dates of travel.  


Vaccinations

While no specific vaccinations are required, we recommend that your routine vaccinations are up to date and that you visit a local travel health clinic or doctor for advice prior to the trip.


Proof of vaccination is required if you are coming from or have transited through an airport of a country where Yellow Fever occurs.


The Women's Travel Club recommends travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID. Some countries will require COVID vaccination to enter, it is the traveler's resposibility to insure they meet all requirements.

Weather

In February in Cambodia, the average temperatures range from 21°C (70°F) to 32°C (90°F) with little chance of rain.

Currency

US Dollars are as commonly used as the official Cambodian currency, the Cambodian Riel. Riel notes are divided into denominations of 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 5000 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000. Most hotels and many restaurants and shops set their prices in Dollars. Small transactions are usually done in Riel. 

Credit cards are generally not accepted at businesses outside of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville and the casinos in Poipet. Visa, MasterCard and JCB are the most widely accepted. Most businesses charge a 2-4% fee to accept credit cards.  

There are now ATMs with international access in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Kampot and Battambang. All ATMs dispense US dollars.

Electric Outlets

In Cambodia there are three associated plug types, types A, C and GType A plugs have two flat parallel pins, type C plugs have two round pins and type G plugs have three rectangular pins in a triangular patternCambodia operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

A universal all-in-one travel adapter (can be purchased from retailers like Amazon) will allow you to plug in and charge most electronic devices. Most electronic devices have built-in converters. However, if you plan to use North American appliances like hair dryers, flat irons or curling irons you will need a converter.
