Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive Quebec City

Welcome to Quebec City!
Arrive at your leisure to this Charming city. This afternoon is at your leisure. Tonight we will meet for a quick welcome meeting and then enjoy a wonderful dinner together at a local restaurant.

Day 2 - Full Day Tour

Today we start our tour with a visit to the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré which is known for performing many miracles, and people from all around the world come to visit the basilica. The structure's size and beautiful interior are what make it so impressive and worth seeing. An included lunch stop to try the world famous poutine. Our next stop is located in the Saint Lawrence River, just outside of Quebec City, is l'île d’Orléans (Island of Orleans), a culinary haven. We will stop to do a tasting and also learn about the history and early settlement of the island. We will need to wear off some of the food we have just eaten our next stop will be a visit to Montmorency Falls - 98.5 feet higher than Niagara Falls and the highest falls in the province of Quebec. There are staircases that allow us to view the falls from several different perspectives. A suspension bridge over the crest of the falls provides access to both sides of the park and offers a spectacular view.
Finally, we wind down at North America’s only ice hotel, which has made a name for itself through its architecture and artistry. Every year the Hotel de Glace is redesigned and rebuilt in its entirety. We will have a VIP tour of the hotel, wander through the myriad rooms and enjoy a cocktail in a glass made of ice.

Day 3 - Old Quebec City Tour

We begin with a 3hr walking tour of the city, we enjoy the French charm of Old Quebec and the old-world atmosphere and stunning beauty of sites such as Place Royal, the Plains of Abraham and Place d'Armes. During our tour, we'll see numerous historical treasures on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, providing a great overview of this amazing city. Then it's time to go inside, get warm and enjoy an included hot chocolate.
This afternoon during your free time take advantage of you spa credit. Moment Spa Le Château Frontenac allows you to appreciate a complete relaxation of body and spirit in the tranquil atmosphere of Old Quebec. The stunning view over the St. Lawrence River and the city’s fortifications make this pure relaxation experience even more special. Indulge yourself with a massage, facial, manicure or one othe many other treatments available.

Day 4 - Food Tour

Enjoy some free time in the morning to relax or do some shopping.
Later this afternoon we will have a 2.5 hour food tour and discover the hidden gems and local favourites of Quebec City's most diverse and vibrant neighbourghood: Saint-Roch! Join us for an off-the-beaten-path experience of the historic city and its delightful food and drink locations.

Day 5 - Depart

Time to say good-bye to fabulous Quebec City and amazing new friends. Depart for airport as need for flight home

Double Occupancy - $2399 CAD per person (sharing a room)

Single Occupancy - $2899 CAD per person (your own room)

 

If you would like the double occupancy rate but don't have a roommate we will match you with a suitable roommate. The single occupancy rate will give you your own room. Single occupancy very limited.

Deposit of $500 per person due at time of booking.

Final Payment due - December 1, 2019

This is a fairly relaxed tour. There are some longer walking tours, you should be able to walk on a flat surface for a few hours at a relaxed pace with stops.

Besides being an excellent tour leader, Debbie is our office manager. She will often be the person helping you with the all the details of your tour. Debbie is equally as organized on tour as she is in the office and will make sure everything is well taken care of. She loves photography and you will often find her off taking pictures of all the amazing sights you will see.
