Airport transfers are included with your tour. You will be met at the airport. After you exit the secure area look for someone with a sign with either your name or the Women's Travel Club.
If you have purchased your own pre-night or post night accommodations (not through the Women's Travel Club) you will have to arrange your own airport transfer or take a taxi.
The Women’s Travel Club recommends booking flexible/refundable air tickets when possible. Please do not book flights until your tour status is guaranteed. Once your flights are booked please enter your flight information on the pre-travel form above.

Vaccinations
While no specific vaccinations are required, we recommend that your routine vaccinations are up to date and that you visit a local travel health clinic or doctor for advice prior to the trip.
The Women's Travel Club recommends travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID. Some countries will require COVID vaccination to enter, it is the traveler's resposibility to insure they meet all requirements.

This is a suggested packing list for your tour. Please keep in mind that your personal needs or requirements may differ from the items on this list.
The official currency in Peru is the sol (S/). Notes come in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 soles. Coins come in denominations of 10, 20, and 50 cents, as well as 1, 2, and 5 soles. US dollars are accepted in a large number of commercial establishments, restaurants, hotels and gas stations. Foreign currency can be exchanged at banks and exchange houses.
ATMs can be found in almost all cities in the country and most are connected to the Plus (Visa) and Cirrus (Mastercard) networks, American Express, and others. Cash can be withdrawn in soles or US dollars from these ATMs.
Visa and Mastercard are the most widely accepted credit cards.
In Peru there are three associated plug types, types A, B and C. Type A plugs have two flat parallel pins, type B plugs have two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin and type C plugs have two round pins. Peru operates on a 220V supply voltage and 60Hz.
