Group airport transfers are included with your tour. You will be met at the airport. After you exit the secure area look for someone with a sign with either your name or the Women's Travel Club. Should you experience any issues upon arrival, please contact RIT Travel in Dublin at 01 862 3126 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Outside office hours contact: 085 814 7800.
If you have booked your own flight or purchased your own pre-night or post night accommodations (not through the Women's Travel Club) you will have to arrange your own airport transfer or take a taxi.
The Women’s Travel Club recommends booking flexible/refundable air tickets when possible. Please do not book flights until your tour status is guaranteed. Once your flights are booked please enter your flight information on the pre-travel form above.

Our Flight management fee is CAD 100.00 + HST, per tour.

For Canadian and U.S. citizens, a visa is not required for stays for up to 90 days in Ireland.

Vaccinations
While no specific vaccinations are required, we recommend that your routine vaccinations are up to date and that you visit a local travel health clinic or doctor for advice prior to the trip.
The Women's Travel Club recommends travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID. Some countries will require COVID vaccination to enter, it is the traveler's resposibility to insure they meet all requirements.

In Ireland, there are two currencies you'll need depending on where you travel. The euro is used in the Republic of Ireland. One euro consists of 100 cent. Notes are €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, €200 and €500. Coins are 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, €1 and €2.
In Northern Ireland, pound sterling is the official currency. One pound sterling consists of 100 pence. Notes are £5, £10, £20, and £50. Coins are 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAPER NOTES IN NORTHERN IRELAND: Paper money will not be legal tender and will not be accepted anywhere. Since 2016, the U.K. has been converting its banknotes to a polymer material in order to make counterfeiting more challenging. Please ensure you are using the new polymer notes. Unfortunately, banks will not exchange paper notes for polymer notes unless you have a bank account with them.
ATM (cash) machines are located at most banks and in cities, towns and villages, and accept most credit and debit cards. If you hear someone talk about the "hole in the wall" they mean an ATM machine!
Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted throughout the island of Ireland. American Express is accepted in some places, but not all.
In Ireland the associated plug type is, type G. Type G plugs have three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Ireland operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
